WAYFARE CHARACTERS

In Wayfare, destiny is a road forged in movement, survival, and the relentless will of forces unseen.

The figures within this part of the saga are shaped by displacement, bound by uncertain loyalties, and driven by the shifting tides of old gods and new powers. This page offers a glimpse into their journeys, the alliances they join in shadows,

and the evolving currents that pull them apart.

Pribislav, the first Prince of Mecklenburg, Wayfare

Pribislav

As Milena's journey carries her northward, Pribislav's path leads in the opposite direction. Burdened by the duties of rulership and the responsibilities of fatherhood, he must navigate a world where alliances are fragile, and power is seldom secure. Though years of hardship have tempered him into a capable and respected prince, the challenges ahead will test both his judgment and his resolve. For Pribislav, the road south may prove no less perilous than the one his daughter now travels.

As the roads carry her husband and daughter in different directions, she becomes the steady heart of a house facing an uncertain future.

Midwife, healer, and keeper of ancient traditions, she has spent a lifetime preserving the wisdom of generations long past. Though age has touched her face and hair, it has done little to diminish her sharp mind or quiet strength. As events unfold beyond her sight, Dobrawa watches over those left behind, trusting that the path foretold by fate and the old gods will lead Milena where she is meant to go.
